Finance and Operations Graduate
 
Datagum are seeking a highly organised and proactive Finance & Operations Graduate to support the Chief Financial Officer. The tasks in this role include managing the company’s financial operations and administrative functions through a combination of financial administration, executive support, and HR contract coordination. Finance Support

• Assist the CFO with day-to-day financial management and reporting

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring

• Help prepare financial documents
   

Personal Assistant Duties

• Manage the CFO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination

• Handle confidential correspondence and communications

• Provide general administrative support to the leadership team as needed
   

Financial Administration

• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

• Process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders
   

Employment Contract Management

• Draft, issue, and monitor employment contracts and amendments

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal standards

• Maintain secure and up-to-date employee records
   

About you:

• Strong organisational skills and efficiency

• Preferably to have a degree in a related field or relevant experience

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to articulate findings

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software experience

• Previous experience in finance administration executive support or HR activities

• Familiarity with HR processes

• Knowledge of employment legislation is not required however a plus

• Willingness to learn with opportunities to gain additional qualifications

• Personable
   

The successful candidate would be required to work from our Nottingham office full-time and may have the opportunity to travel for business. Full ACCA training and support will be provided as part of your career development if required.
