Finance and Operations
Datagum are seeking a highly organised and proactive Finance & Operations team member to support the Chief Financial Officer. The tasks in this role include managing the company’s financial operations and administrative functions through a combination of financial administration, executive support, and HR contract coordination. Finance Support

Assist the CFO with day-to-day financial management and reporting

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring

Help prepare financial documents
Personal Assistant Duties

Manage the CFO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination

Handle confidential correspondence and communications
-
Provide general administrative support to the leadership team as needed
Financial Administration
-
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
-
Process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders
Employment Contract Management
-
Draft, issue, and monitor employment contracts and amendments
-
Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal standards
-
Maintain secure and up-to-date employee records
About you:

Strong organisational skills and efficiency
-
Preferably to have a degree in a related field or relevant experience

Excellent attention to detail and ability to articulate findings

Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software experience

Previous experience in finance administration executive support or HR activities

Familiarity with HR processes

Knowledge of employment legislation is not required however a plus

Willingness to learn with opportunities to gain additional qualifications

Personable
The successful candidate would be required to work from out Nottingham office full-time and may have the opportunity to travel for business. Full ACCA training and support will be provided as part of your career development if required.
