Here’s what you will be doing: 

We don’t expect you to join us as the finished article, knowing everything about what we do. As one of our Data Science Apprentices, we’ll ensure you get the most out of your time with us by embedding you in key projects for hands-on learning. You’ll undertake a four-year Data Science apprenticeship at the University of Nottingham while gaining real-world experience.

During the Data Science Apprenticeship programme - you will:

• Work alongside our data scientists, learning from them while helping to develop our analytical tools.

• Contribute to our data strategy.

• Gain a deep understanding of what Datagum does and play a role in our future growth

 

What we look for: 

• Hold a level 2 (equivalent to grades 4-9 at GCSE) or above in English Language or equivalent, and have scored 5 in GCSE Maths or equivalent

• BBB-BBC at A Level with at least a C in Maths

Or

• Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship at Distinction or Merit

 

Here’s what you need to know: 

• Your base location will be our Nottingham office and you will be expected in the office 4  days a week, with the other day for your academic studies. 

• We offer a competitive starting salary, with potential for pay progression throughout your apprenticeship based on performance.

• Our benefits package includes a pension scheme, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and health insurance.
